About the event
The Chester Community Orchestras present their annual summer concert, featuring performances from all three ensembles.
As usual, the audience can expect a widely varied and hugely entertaining programme, including classics from Johann Strauss and Smetana; works by lesser known composers such as Amy Woodforde-Finden and John Ansell; arrangements of folk songs and dances; and - to ensure there really is something for everyone - some popular music from film and cartoon. What a treat!
